Provide leadership and coordinate activities for the School of Human Ecology which includes:
-oversight of academic programs
-development and administration of budget
-evaluation of programs and personnel
-recruitment and retention of students
-alumni relations
-representing School of Human Ecology to the University and to the public at large
-coordinate fundraising activities
-advisement and teaching graduate and/or undergraduate students
-research and grant proposals
-participation in school, college, university, and professional associations activities
