Dr. Frank Igou serves as Coordinator of the I-O Psychology Master’s Program. He holds a B.S. in psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and an M.S. and Ph.D. in IO psychology from Auburn University. He holds the rank of Associate Professor and the Morelle Emmons Endowed Professorship in Education. Dr. Igou has over 25 years of experience assisting organizations in areas relating to recruitment, selection, diversity issues, E.E.O.C. compliance, and litigation support.
